Roasted scallops, black Venere rice, caviar and champagne foam

Veal, parsnip mousseline with browned butter, fresh truffle and asparagus, reduced juice

Dessert

Lychee & raspberry candy apple 


Rate per person : 120€ 

A 100% pre-payment is requested to confirm any reservation. The menu will only be served on 14th of February for dinner. No "à la carte" plates will be served that night.
