Roasted turbot steak, parsnip mousseline and citrus butter
Slow cooked capon supreme, cocoa crumble, beggar and cooked wine jus
Drinks included : Minerale waters and coffee/tea
A prepayment of 50% is required to confirm any reservation.
The menu will be served for lunch and dinner on Saturday 25 December.
No a la carte dishes will be served that evening.
